Hi, everybody! This is a post regarding the status of the Nova Duel Carnival. We all know what happened to the event 25% through & the way everything turned out was...weeellll -- bitter! It was no good!! But that's okay! This is a post declaring that the tournament will proceed! However, the brackets & participants will be reset.
Some of our less enthusiastic Novapeepz have been noisy about their displeasure in the rules put in place last time. Good news!! This time I am asking users to join before I assume any of you want to enjoy a tournament with your friends in Nova. That way you have nothing to complain about when you don't like the rules! 
Registration will begin soon & another forum post specifying the date our tournament will be posted so look out for that soon!
