Story(?) Prologue

So, just to let you know, I may not be the best writer, I overshare/go off topic and each story will be short/a cliffhanger for a reason.

Don’t Forget who you were ten years ago, but please make sure you plan a better future for yourself ten years from now.

Ten years ago, I resided with a chat known as The Dragon’s Den, and part of my time being there, I was slowly getting over getting banned from a well known chat called Pokerupt, supposedly toxic, but hey I was eleven/twelve at the time, not like I could fully tell.

I was a decent trainer back in the day, despite most of my mons being either exactly the same like Smogon move sets or I was trying to find a way to be more original. I did go out my way to battle others more than I do now, I was literally battling twitch streamers left and right during gens 4 and 5, I did not win a single game, but I kept trying despite that.

In between this little mess, I did find more Chatango chats and Pokemon sites where I could hone my skills and passion for battling; I was challenging gyms between Dragons Den and from another site where I eventually became a gym leader there, I focused on Fire and Dragon types. It didn’t last long, but it was pretty fun. I had high hopes for who I was going to be down the line, a strong trainer that isn’t afraid to show off his creativity....

Ten years later, eh...

I feel like a lot of us started off being rejects of chats. For instance, I was banned from Youtopia and HMado was banned from WPE.

Your focusing on Fire and Dragon types is surprising, given that your username is Surge.

I feel like my past is boring.
Ten years ago, I was playing Need for Speed Most Wanted on the PS2.
Eight years ago, back in Youtopia, I would focus on rock and flying Pokémon.

By the way, here are some ideas or things I am curious about you:

What was your first shiny Pokémon?
When and how did you develop a love for the Pokémon Eevee?
What is the story behind your choice of username?
